The normal fee will be due when the children are on vacation or do not attend due to illness. Vacation payment must be paid before the vacation.

The following are paid holidays:

	New Year's Day
	Martin Luther King Jr's Birthday
	President's Day
	Memorial Day
	July 4th
	Labor Day
	Columbus Day
	Thanksgiving Day and the following day
	Christmas Day

    If the holiday falls on a Saturday, Friday will be the day off. If the Holiday falls on a Sunday, Monday will be the day off. If I am on a paid vacation during a holiday, payment will still be due for the holiday and not be treated as a vacation day.

    I will have two weeks paid vacations per year.

    Because of the possibility of having to pay me my vacation and pay a back up provider, pre-payments can be made in small amounts before the vacation. This can also be eliminated by taking the same vacation time that I do.
