PLAY = LEARNING

All children learn at their own pace, therefore, it is sometimes hard to stick to a structured time schedule each day for our activities, but we try our best! I try to provide stimulating and challenging materials to meet the developmental needs for children of all ages. These materials include puzzles, games, books, learning toys, puppets, music, dramatic play, science, math, art and building materials. The children will also explore the world outside of my home.

The alphabet, numbers, shapes and colors are an ongoing process throughout the year. Various activities are used to reinforce them. I base our learning on what is going on around us, such as spring time, Easter, rabbits and chicks, etc.
